Behind Nackarpsdalen Gästgiveri stands Mats Lavré – entrepreneur, host and visionary. With a background as founder of the beauty group Electa since 1998, Mats has extensive experience in building brands and creating experiences that touch.
Together with his family, he has also started Villa Brunnby – an elegant and inviting hotel in the heart of Kullabygden – where the same sense of quality, environment and hospitality permeates everything. His driving force has always been to combine high quality with genuine hospitality – something that also characterizes everything we do here in Nackarpsdalen.
Over the years, Mats has restored properties, developed spas and hotels, always with the same goal: to create environments where people feel welcome, inspired and seen. Mats is not only an entrepreneur, but also the soul of the place.

Welcome to Nackarpsdalen Guesthouse
Welcome to Villa Brunnby, sister hotel to Nackarpsdalen Gästgiveri and part of the Lavré Collection. Beautifully situated on the Kulla peninsula between Arild and Mölle, it offers fantastic views of pastures, oaks and one of Sweden's largest vineyards. The location is close to Brunnby Church, one of the country's most popular wedding churches, and the surroundings offer charming fishing villages, saltwater swimming, local food producers, vineyards and fine golf courses.
Villa Brunnby, designed by the famous architect Isak Gustaf Clason, has undergone a meticulous renovation and has been transformed into a unique facility in a historic setting. The main building offers approximately 80 beds, and next season four newly built New England-style suites will open. The large park features activity areas such as boules and frisbee golf, as well as relaxing seating areas and small oases for rest.

As Destination Sales Manager – LAVRÉ Collection, you will play an important role in developing our sales, primarily towards companies, groups, conferences, meetings, events, weddings and package experiences.
We work primarily towards the Nordic market, but also with clear opportunities in the European market. Therefore, we are looking for someone who understands the value of relationship building, long-term thinking and professional work across multiple markets.
You work closely with management, marketing, reception, conference, restaurant and operations to create strong customer relationships and sell our destinations in an inspiring and professional way.
We are looking for someone who already has an established network and a good understanding of the B2B market within hospitality, meetings, conferences, events and corporate bookings. You have relationships from the industry and know how to build trust with companies, meeting companies, event companies, conference bookers, partners and repeat customers.
We work with modern and updated IT systems, digital sales tools and structured working methods to be able to follow up on leads, pipeline, quotes, customer dialogues and campaigns in an efficient manner.
The role is not just about filling rooms, conference rooms and restaurant seats. It's about understanding our customers' needs, creating the right experiences and helping more guests become returning ambassadors for our locations.
A suitable place of residence is Stockholm or Skåne, as the role will involve both customer service, relationship building work and presence at our destinations.
You need to be a person who can both think strategically and roll up your sleeves in everyday life. With us, no two days are the same, and the right person thrives on that.
